Contact form and enquiries
Information entered in the contact form — including your name, email address and project details — is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage the professional relationship.
When you submit the form, the information is sent to Formspree, Inc., the provider responsible for receiving your enquiry and forwarding it to BailaVision by email. Enquiries may be retained in Formspree and BailaVision’s email system for as long as needed to process the enquiry, manage the relationship and meet legal obligations.
Formspree also processes technical information needed to operate and secure its service. Its infrastructure involves processing in the United States; see its privacy policy for more information. The “Copy my request” button prepares a local copy of the text without sending it to Formspree. You can also contact BailaVision directly by email.
Feedback
The homepage feedback form collects your name, email address, feedback and, if provided, the event or service concerned. This information is sent through Formspree to learn about your experience, improve services and correspond with you. Your email is not displayed publicly and no feedback is published automatically.
You may optionally agree to be contacted about publishing your testimonial. This checkbox is not permission to publish: the wording and the displayed name will be agreed with you beforehand.
Legal basis and recipients
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at the person’s request and the publisher’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Data is intended for the website publisher and, only as necessary, Formspree and technical email providers. BailaVision neither sells nor rents it.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing where permitted by law. To exercise these rights, contact contact@bailavision.com.
BailaVision will reply as soon as possible and no later than one month after receiving the request. This period may be extended by two months where justified by the complexity or number of requests; you will then be informed within the initial one-month period.

05Cookies and third-party services
When a French version is suggested, your choice may be remembered in your browser’s local storage so the suggestion is not shown again for 180 days. A session marker prevents repeated prompts during navigation. The suggestion uses your browser’s primary language or, when available, a country estimate provided by the hosting service from the IP address. No precise location is requested and no external geolocation service is contacted.
The public website code currently sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Technical data essential to operation and security may nevertheless be recorded temporarily in the hosting provider’s logs.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. During loading, your browser may send technical information to Google. Loading content hosted by pCloud and opening links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or other external services may also transmit data to those platforms, depending on how each service works.
